Increasing the production capacity of RDW Computers: important steps forward

The successful launch of two assembly lines of the RDW Technology company, which in the first two days of operation made it possible to assemble more than 400 monitors of the 2401K model. The details of the line design, the assembly process and the future development of the company are discussed, including plans to release 62 thousand devices by the end of 2024.

The Russian manufacturer of computing equipment RDW Technology (brand RDW Computers) has brought two assembly lines to full capacity. In the first two days of the conveyor operation alone, this made it possible to assemble more than 400 RDW Computers 2401K monitors with high technological quality.

According to the representative of KS Engineering LLC, a manufacturer of conveyor lines, a mandatory design requirement of RDW Technology was the simultaneous movement of all assembly platforms under load at the beginning of the conveyor cycle. The automation of the lines with a length of more than 20 meters is unique. It is designed taking into account the synchronization of the algorithms of the pneumatic and mechanical conveyor systems.  

On the premises of the RDW Technology assembly shop there are: conveyor and slipway assemblies, a packaging site, a local component warehouse, and a quality control zone.

- Congratulations to our team on a great success and a confident step forward! – said Sergey Akopov, Vice President of RDW Technology. – I want to thank our production department for a successfully completed task. Together, we have implemented one of the company's key strategies. Now monitors, monoblocks and personal computers will be assembled on the RDW Technology conveyor. This will allow us to release about 62 thousand of our devices at new capacities by the end of 2024. 

The commissioning of RDW Technology's own assembly facilities opens up the prospect of technological cooperation and makes it possible to place orders for the assembly of computer equipment to all interested Russian vendors.

RDW Computers is a certified Russian computer equipment. All devices are registered in the Unified Register of REP of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and meet the requirements of digital security of the state infrastructure. According to CNews Analytics, in 2023, RDW Technology rose to the 120th position among the 300 largest manufacturers of computer equipment in Russia. In the ranking of the largest domestic equipment manufacturers, CNews Analytics gave RDW Technology the 26th position in 2023. RDW Technology also won 42nd place in the TAdviser-2024 ranking of "100 contenders for inclusion among the largest IT companies in Russia." The RDW Computers trademark has been the guarantor of the company's stability and reliability since 2015.
